If you paid for your reservation in advance online, please give +27785857581 a call to cancel and get your money back.
- 3. Is it possible for me to modify my reservation date?
Depending on availability, you may reschedule your reservation date as many times as necessary before pick-up (within six months of the original reservation date) without incurring additional fees.
- 4. What happens if my one-way truck rental reservation needs to be extended by a few days?
Additional days can be purchased at any time. You can do this by chatting with one of our moving consultants, calling us at +27785857581, or changing your reservation online.
- 5. Is a deposit required for my reservation?
After the appropriate security deposit has been paid, reservations are confirmed.
When using a credit card to pay for one-way reservations, there is no security deposit required.
R1000 security deposit, payable by check or cash.
A R1000 security deposit is required for round-trip (local) reservations when using a credit card.
When paying with cash or a check, a security deposit of at least R1000 and 150% of the expected total is required.
If the reservation's terms and conditions are fulfilled, all security deposits are returned in full.
- 6. Is there a guarantee for my reservation?
The car you reserved, or a comparable or larger vehicle, will be available at the time and place you have chosen, we promise at Truck Hire Johannesburg. Truck Hire Johannesburg may offer a different pickup location if you make your appointment less than 24 hours prior to pick up. Truck Hire Johannesburg cannot guarantee that a truck will be available for your reservation.

First, load your heaviest things in a 'I' formation, securing them to keep them from shifting, for a safer and more seamless relocation.
